Poor food policy for MAP guest

This is the worst hotel in Lucknow i have ever stayed. The kitchen staff has no manners to talk to the guest, I will never stay in this hotel again. My stay at Hotel Savy Grand was unfortunately marred by the poor communication and attitude of the Kitchen staff. They make you stay in MAP plan but you will not be given enough food. You can have breads but can not have vegetable/ chicken twice out of their limited plan. When you will ask, they simply respond, it is beyond the policy. You can have food with left out gravy. Even during my fast, i could not have a glass of milk and two types of sweets as it is out of their policy. It’s disappointing that such a beautiful property is let down by its staff’s inability to provide satisfactory service. Until there’s a significant improvement in their customer service standards, I would hesitate to recommend Hotel Savy Grand to others.

Experienced d worst hospitality vry rude staff,do not book this hotel specially for gatherings hotel is d worst choice,management&staff is vry rude they don't even serve food properly on ur big day...

I was there at my business meet at "RAMADA" Lucknow ... It was so good property in terms of food and service and everything every thing so fantastic have enjoyed there a lot ... Met with Sri Yatendra he was paying their duty with honesty and integrity... And shown me art house also it was a good collection for antique pcs .... Thank you "RAMADA" team making my visit so memorable ... A big thanks to all of you .

Staff is friendly but lethargic. Hotel rooms are clean Food quality was average. Centrally located Parking space is ok however vehicles are parked as some distance away from the hotel. Owing to the marriage season the hotel and its surroundings were extremely noisy

I travel a lot, and this time it was a ring ceremony of my cousin at this hotel in LKO. People say that it's best in Lucknow, but I don't find it best, if its best then 5 rating of it meets 2 of Delhi, Mumbai. Rooms are good but service is bad, naam bade aur Darshan chote, which good hotel in India gives room check in at 2pm where checkout is 12 noon.
